SaM Solutions Now Has an Office in Poland

We are pleased to inform you that SaM Solutions further develops its geographical footprint in Europe. On December 1, 2022, our company officially opened the doors to its new office in Warsaw, Poland. 

The opening of SaM Solutions’ new development center is an important step towards implementing the distributed development model and making our regional administrative units more independent. This way, we create comfortable working conditions for clients from various regions, ensure flexible responses to diverse challenges, and expand our recruitment strategies.

Irina Shuleshova joined SaM Solutions in 2022 as Managing Director of the Polish office. In addition to holding management roles at several established IT companies across Europe, Irina also served as Global Director of Business at Twój StartUp, Central and Eastern Europe’s largest business incubator. With numerous years of experience in leveraging multinational teams and managing mergers, Irina’s professional expertise will provide SaM Solutions’ Polish office with a highly valuable business and leadership skillset.  

Based in the center of Warsaw’s Central Business District (ul. Żelazna, 59), the new office is equipped with the latest workplace amenities and innovations, ensuring that employees stay happy, healthy, and productive.

More than 40 employees – including relocatees from other European regions and in-country hires – have already joined SaM Solutions’ office in Poland. All staff members enjoy a flexible, hybrid approach to scheduling, being able to choose to work on-site, remotely, or a combination of the two.
