SaM Solutions announces the recent acquisition of VPIphotonics.
Founded in 2002 as a separate business unit within VPIsystems, VPIphotonics has been driving the development of professional PDA software and solutions for optical component and system vendors, system and network integrators. Today, VPIphotonics offers a flexible software environment supporting requirements in photonic integrated circuits and fiber-based component designs, optical system and network designs, leading to performance reports and bill of materials.
