The client had established its business in the Dutch hardware market and was preparing to expand into other European countries and markets beyond Europe. To support this strategy, the company planned to develop the international brand and required a new ecommerce system capable of serving a broader customer base.

A central requirement was multi-store management. Instead of operating each online shop separately, the company wanted to run several stores through a single control panel.
