This is an advanced, full-featured software application system for trying cases in relation with different type of Registers (trade register, register for cooperative societies, partnerships), which was jointly developed in "development association" at Nordrhein-Westfalen, Bavaria, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Hamburg and Hessen.
The developed modern software technique of data processing enables courts, responsible for registers, to minimize their labor force spendings. As a client-server solution the application has local production systems in courts that have registers and a central database where all the register data of each federal land is saved. For processing the necessary data is reflected on the local production server from where is further rendered to the internal legal procedure client systems.
The software solution has a number of special functions in the field of registers technical maintenance. Publications as well as accompanying register forms and documents are generated automatically, and these are always at disposal of notaries due to a direct access to them through internet. Thus there are faster processing terms per one record, faster reply terms for an intercessor’s statement, and anyone who is interested may comfortably receive the necessary information through internet.
During the whole software development process the SaM Solutions software engineers were able to get a handle with all the customer’s tasks and challenges providing advanced functional features of the software application:
- Change of the traditional “paper” conducting of registers through an advanced electronic management and information system
- Introduction of a judicial interdepartmental reference system (in each separate German federal land) and due to a register portal also in the whole Germany
- Migration of the current “paper” register forms to the electronic system
- Safe storage of the historic register documents and new notes after the change through a new electronic system
- Use of the fixed unified X-Jural format, which considerably simplifies the data exchange
- Legal electronic signature in the process of register documents storage, which guarantees the notes’ authenticity
- Direct data exchange with the systems that keep operational accounts
- Support of the electronic jural relationships registration.
