SaM Solutions took part in "The High Technologies Park Day in Mogilev".
SaM Solutions took part in "The High Technologies Park Day" in the city of Mogilev, which is one of the regional centers of Belarus and is situated near the Russian border. Such events are conducted on a regular basis in our Republic.
The meetings with eleven-grade pupils who have already faced with their future occupation choice as well as last-year students who are to be oriented toward definite specialization were held during this event. SaM Solutions- employees have told about themselves, their careers and some of the company-s current projects, for the present people to get a clearer picture of whether they are really interested in the IT sphere.
There was also a round-table discussion with IT companies- representatives and Mogilev higher educational establishments conducted within the meeting, where everybody had an opportunity to state questions to the employees and residents of the High-Tech Park. The round-table meeting was mainly dedicated to such crucially important questions as students assignment into the companies both residents and not-residents of the High Technologies Park, questions dealing with the improvement of the IT specialists education system to adjust to the demands of the modern Belarusian IT market.
