SaM Solutions Succeeded at 15th Annual WIT Connect

Atlanta – SaM Solutions, a leading outsourcing software development company, was the presenting sponsor for the 15th Annual WIT Connect: Connecting for a Cause fundraising event. This was the first time that SaM Solutions sponsored such an important event for the Atlanta business community. Approximately 400 technology leaders and 60 high-level executives from top Georgia corporations volunteered their services for the auction. Randi Brant, Director of Delivery at SaM Solutions US & keynote speaker at the event, noted, “ About 60% of SaM Solutions’ US-office employees are women and like WIT we are committed to supporting the next generation of female technology leaders.” 

The event was organized by Women In Technology (WIT) and was a huge success. Strong results were delivered because of the dedication and effort of all parties involved: WIT, Auction Candidates and Sponsors. “Were we concerned the economy might impact our ability to raise money, gain sponsorships and sell tickets? Absolutely,” says event co-chair Gina Gallo, president at Stratix. “The fact that the event was sold out, that we had companies including SaM Solutions commit dollars allowing us to exceed sponsorship goals, and that the auction was an enormous financial success gives me a new confidence in the current business economy in Georgia.”  

The President and CEO of SaM Solutions US, Martin Mauersberg, was among the guests. As a result, SaM Solutions had the opportunity to showcase its capabilities to key executives from top Georgia corporations. “WIT was a great fundraiser and a perfect opportunity to connect with others in the Atlanta technology community – said Martin Mauersberg, – and we are excited to establish SaM as a trusted partner and champion of technology in the community ”.
