Managing Director, SaM Solutions GmbH

Andrei Bakhirev is a graduate and a former Head of Department at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in Minsk. Being a holder of the scholarship of the German Academic Exchange Institution (DAAD) he also worked as an associate professor at the university in Kassel in 1992-1993. In 1993 Mr. Bakhirev founded SaM Solutions with a small team of fellow graduates and professors of the University. Under his leadership the company grew to 70 employees in 1998. Since 1998 Andrei Bakhirev has moved to Germany and took over the management of SaM Solutions GmbH, while the company today has a growing global pool of IT professionals – in the US, Western Europe, Belarus and the Ukraine.

Anton DechkoAnton Dechko
Managing Director, SaM Solutions GmbH

Anton Dechko graduated from the Minsk State Linguistic University with a major in International Communications in 2000, he also completed a two-year Business Administration post-graduate study at the Belarusian State University in 2007. Mr. Dechko started his career in the Marketing Department at SaM Solutions Minsk company in 2000 and advanced his career to positions of Marketing Director and later Director of Business Development Minsk. In 2007 Mr. Dechko moved to the German headquarters of the company to take up the responsibility for European sales and client accounts.

Wade Brantley is a 1990 graduate of the business school at the University of South Carolina, earning his degree in Business Administration. As a student, Mr. Brantley enjoyed a remarkable athletic career that later translated into his success as an energetic, goal-oriented and committed business executive.

At the beginning of 2012, Wade Brantley joined SaM Solutions as Director of US Operations primarily because of his diverse experience in creating, growing and successfully leading companies. As Director of US Operations, he has SaM Solutions poised to experience steady growth by focusing on niche markets and creating new revenue streams. As a seasoned executive, Mr. Brantley believes in building business the right way by exercising two foundational principles as cornerstones—honesty and integrity. By consistently approaching prospects and clients in this manner, trust becomes firmly entrenched at the core of every transaction. This in turn opens the door for long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships that clients appreciate, respect and build upon.

Prior to joining SaM Solutions, Mr. Brantley spent fifteen years in the financial services market as an entrepreneur, consultant and management executive. He became widely known in the mortgage industry for his work as the National Sales Director for Calyx Technology, a company generally recognized as the industry-leading provider of mortgage loan origination software. He also spent more than seven years in the insurance industry serving various roles in claims, sales and management.

Managing Director, SaM Solutions Belarus

In 1989 Marat Ebzeev graduated from the Belarusian State University with a major in Law Science. At the beginning of his career he worked as a Supervisor in the controlling department of a large Belarusian plant. In 1995 he advanced his career to the position of a Legal Advisor at a closed joint-stock production company in Belarus. With high ambitions, business potential and strive for success, in early 2002 Marat joined SaM Solutions taking the position of the company’s Lawyer. Since 2005 he was promoted to the position of the Managing Director at SaM Solutions Belarus.

With the goal of promoting SaM Solutions in the market of leading IT technology outsourcing companies, Mr. Ebzeev has managed to develop the corporate management practices for SaM Solutions Minsk that considerably increased the company’s long-term commitment to the satisfaction and competitiveness of the customers.

Valeri GrouchevValeri Grouchev
Director of Delivery, SaM Solutions Belarus

With over 15 years of experience in IT business, Valeri Grouchev recently holds the position of the Director of Delivery at SaM Solutions Belarus. In this position he has enhanced the delivery structure of SaM which is aimed at the increase in the quality level of the company’s management and IT service deliverables as well as at the promotion of SaM Solutions in the new business environment.

Valeri Grouchev graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with a major in Computer Science and in 1992 defended the doctoral thesis on the Database Management Systems.

Working in SaM since the year of its foundation, Valeri has applied all his professional knowledge, talent and advanced technology vision for the prosperity of the company and accumulated an indispensable experience in IT outsourcing. He started his career as a system programmer for UNIX platforms focused on data bases, in a couple of years advanced to the position of Project Manager and further on – to the Unit Manager. Under his guidance and supervision SaM Solutions successfully completed a number of value-added Java projects for the American customers in real estate business industry.

Alexander DeevAlexander Deev
Director of Business Development, SaM Solutions Belarus

In 1999 Mr. Deev graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics majoring in Business Informatics. He has actively participated in a variety of conferences reporting on different topics of higher mathematics and econometrics.

Alexander has a decade of experience in high-tech field. At the start of his career in SaM Solutions he served as a Sales Manager promoting software products, then held the position of Marketing Director until finally became the Director of Business Development of Minsk development center. In this position he is involved in top-level strategy issues, business planning, identification of new business opportunities, organization and adjustment of business development processes, generation of new leads, negotiation and signing partnership deals with potential clients as well as management of the relationships with existing customer accounts, representing and safeguarding their best interests within the company.

Being a real business development professional with superior leadership, managerial, analytical and communication skills, Alexander Deev thinks creatively about everything happening in SaM Solutions always keeping in mind its main objectives and seeking to expand and diversify the company’s business.

Sergei RabotaiSergei Rabotai
Head of Sales & Marketing, SaM Solutions Belarus

Sergei Rabotai graduated from the Minsk State Linguistic University in 2004. He started his career at a Belarusian IT company as a Business Development Manager. Later on, in 2006 Mr. Rabotai moved to Moscow, Russian Federation, where he worked as a key Account Manager at Strategic Account Department for VimpelCom, Russian mobile operator (Beeline brand); in 2008 he continued as a National Key Account Group Leader at Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) Russia HQ, mobile telecom industry leader in CIS. In 2009 Sergei returned to Minsk, where he stepped up to the managerial post at Sales Department at a small Belarusian IT company. Having over 7 years of business development experience in IT and Telecom, he joined SaM Solutions as a Head of Sales & Marketing Department in November, 2009. Currently, he is responsible for the development of an effective sales and marketing strategy, new accounts acquisition, negotiations, market share growth and promotion of the company’s services.

Sergei Rabotai is an experienced business development leader and account manager, idea generator and innovation seeker. Owing to his great communication skills and extensive experience in dealing at strategic level the company has moved one step closer to meeting the target of effective growth and development in the international market.

Sergej RaykovSergej Raykov
Managing Director, SaM Solutions Ukraine

Sergej Raykov is Managing Director of SaM Solutions Ukraine and is responsible for the administrative part of IT products and services allocation process in that region.

Prior to joining SaM in 2008, between 2006 and 2008 Mr. Raykov held several different roles such as FEA Department Manager for REHAU Ltd. (Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine), Procurement Manager/International Relations at AKSOR Group (branch establishment of MIROPLAST Ltd, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine) and Gulliver Auto Ltd. (Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine). In 1999-2005 Sergej worked for such world giants as the Michelin GmbH tires manufacturer (Hallstadt, Germany), TRUMPF GmbH (Baunach, Germany), Brose GmbH (Hallstadt and Coburg, Germany).

During his work at SaM Solutions Mr. Raykov has adopted a number of modern IT management strategies helping to ensure the high quality of the company’s IT procedures and processes and to enhance the corporative business operations.
